Get at least $1.50/gallon cashback on gas with Upside mobile app!

Upside is primarily a free mobile app that provides cashback on gasoline purchases. Click https://upside.app.link/7HZAJW on your phone to download the app and then register to open an account to get started. If you are asked to enter a code when registering, enter 7HZAJW.

To maximize your cashback, open the Upside app on your phone, click on the profile icon inside the blue circle as shown below, and then select "Profile" inside the red circle.

After clicking "Profile," you'll see the profile interface as shown below. Click on the "Edit" button inside the red circle to enter promo codes.

Please add the following codes one by one into the promo code box (as long as you don't receive an error message, it means the code has been added). These codes together will provide you with at least $1.50 cashback per gallon. Note that each time you edit the promo code, you're adding a new code:

• 7HZAJW (If you entered this during registration, you don't need to add it again）
• SHOPPERS35
• USHIP35 (This code has expired, no need to add it）
• GOPUFF35
• AMEX35
• PERKSATWORK230

Then go to "My Wallet" as shown in Figure 1 and add one of your credit cards.

Once you've completed these steps, return to the main Upside interface, select "Gas," and then use the app's map to find nearby or frequently visited gas stations with lower prices. You can see the gas price information and extra cashback information of the gas stations, as shown in the image below. Image 3 displays information for two 76 gas stations near Costco.

The price shown in the Upside app is cheaper than the price at the gas station. When you pump gas, pay using your credit card at the gas station's price. The price difference will be returned to your Upside app as cashback within 24 hours.

Remember to tap "Claim Offer" under the name of the gas station you want to use in the app just before pumping gas.

Typically, you can drive to the gas station, tap "Claim Offer," confirm, and then use the same credit card added to the app for pumping gas. Make sure to use the same credit card for payment. 

The cashback will be credited directly to your Upside app. After receiving the cashback, you can link your bank account to transfer the money out. 

After using each app account twice, the cashback for the third time will be reduced, but the prices will still be cheaper than at gas stations. You can also choose to open another app account for your family members using a different email and credit card. For new accounts, try to install the app on different phones, and then follow the above process to create a new account. The first two fill-ups on the new account will be cheap again.
